+29 Coach Prime is only coaching Colorado to pump up his son's NFL stock, amirite?

by Anonymous 1 week ago

I think you are right, OP. And, I think his son will refuse to report to any team that isn't good, sort of like Elway and Manning did when they came into the league. I don't know how good he will be, but he is going to be a huge pain in the ass. Like when Mr Ball tried to do too much with his sons in the NBA. If he isn't truly great, it won't be worth it.

Yeah. That's why we saw teams taking QBs even if they had a viable QB. The 2025 QB class is ghastly.

Ok? What difference does that make to OP's opinion?

He's gone after this year and going to sign with a desperate program that'll overpay like Texas A&M and then get fired after 2-3 years and coach low level teams for the rest of his career. Kind of like a lesser Lane Kiffin

Most overrated bum out there

by Anonymous 1 week ago

I don't disagree but he'll still get drafted by desperate teams

by Anonymous 1 week ago

Would have without his dad too then, right?

by Columbuseichman 1 week ago

If he got a fair shot, I assume yeah. He's absolutely not a first rounder is he comes out this year, btw

Those projections mean nothing right now.

His lack of maturity that's enabled by his father will knock his stock more than anything he does on the field

by davisjustyn 1 week ago

It's a bad take because he could've picked any school and his son would've followed him there. So he's not ONLY coaching Colorado because of his son. His son would also be a starter at a lot of programs where his dad isn't the coach.

I'm sure everyone figured out who he was referring to, encyclopedia Britannica. Who cares how you spell his name he's still a washed up show pony. Nothing more

by Anonymous 1 week ago

If he's a washed up show pony…what does that make you? An accomplished person like that, who still has a significantly higher status, certainly wouldn't belong in that category.

by Funny-Scene 1 week ago

I'm many ways I consider myself to be a much better "person" then Dion. People don't get much love in today's world, just show ponies.

by Anonymous 1 week ago

Are you though? Better people usually don't go around saying aloud that they're a better person. It's like telling people you're humble. Humble people don't tell others they're humble.

by Funny-Scene 1 week ago

Sure I am. That show pony's life of indiscretions has been on full display for forever and his list is much much longer than mine.

by Anonymous 1 week ago

Yeah…no you're not. His list of accomplishments is much much longer than yours. That's for sure. He's never actually done anything wrong or physically harmful to anyone. Dude just goes about his business…

by Funny-Scene 1 week ago

You sound like a tryhard

by Anonymous 1 week ago

🤣 that's it? Ok then. Good argument.

by Funny-Scene 1 week ago

Try harder to argue while I spit facts. Stay salty

‘Who cares how you spell his name. He's still a washed up show pony'. Fixed it for you.

by DangerousCell 1 week ago

Ahahahaha. Didn't have to delete. They're pretty stupid anyway. Calling Deion a washed up show pony actually makes no sense.

by DangerousCell 1 week ago

lol I didn't want anyone else to get confused like I was. Maybe I made it worse

by Funny-Scene 1 week ago

Disagree, but I certainly doubt he'll stay at the school after his son leaves to the NFL. He doesn't give a crap about the program or and of the kids in it. That's been obvious from day one.

by Anonymous 1 week ago

Pretty sure he said that.

by Anonymous 1 week ago

That's not an opinion. That's truth.

by madisonupton 1 week ago

he is cool

by Anonymous 1 week ago

This is just a plain silly take. His son is already the best QB that has ever played at Colorado. A big part of why he got this job is because he was bringing 1st round talent with him. He is an excellent recruiter, especially of young black men looking for a father figure, and has already made the program far richer.
